Affordable ADHD Coaching That Feels Human

Some people think coaching is a luxury. I don’t.

It should never be something only a few can afford. Coaching should be accessible to everyone who needs it.

That belief shapes everything I do at ADHDaptive. Real support shouldn’t depend on your salary or postcode. It should depend on your willingness to grow, learn, and get the right kind of help.

That’s why my sessions start from just £75, with absolutely nothing charged for a first coffee and chat.

Why Affordable Coaching Matters

ADHD coaching can change lives, but too often, it’s priced out of reach. I’ve spoken to people desperate for help who end up giving up before they even start because they can’t justify £120 or £200 an hour. That’s heartbreaking.

Money shouldn’t be the barrier that stops someone from understanding their own mind. I’ve seen how it feels to finally find something that works, only to discover you can’t afford to keep it up. That isn’t right.

Coaching should meet people where they are, not add pressure to a life that’s already overwhelming.

Coaching That Works With Your Brain

I work with neurodivergent adults, people with ADHD, autism, and overlapping traits, because I understand how our brains work. Coaching isn’t just a friendly chat or a list of strategies. It’s a space where you build awareness, structure, and self-trust.

We look at how your brain naturally functions and use that as the starting point. You don’t need to twist yourself into someone else’s way of doing things. We make it work for you.

Why Face-to-Face Coaching Hits Differently

Most coaches in this space work online, which is totally fine, but there’s something powerful about being in the same room with another person who truly gets it.

When you’re present with someone who understands neurodivergence, your brain reacts differently. Your nervous system calms. You feel safe. You don’t have to mask. You don’t have to over-explain.

You can be yourself, fidgeting, talking fast, losing your thread, and that’s okay. That’s where real progress starts.

You see it in body language, eye contact, pauses that say more than words ever could. That kind of connection can’t always happen through a screen. For many people, especially those with ADHD or autism, face-to-face coaching creates a deeper sense of grounding and trust.

But Online Coaching Still Works

Of course, not everyone can make it in person. That’s why I also offer online ADHD coaching, so anyone in the UK can get the same support from home, on their schedule.

Online sessions are perfect for those who prefer familiar surroundings, find travel stressful, or simply live too far from the North East. They still bring structure, accountability, and understanding, it’s just a different kind of space.

The key is choice. You get to decide what feels right for you.

Accessible Coaching in the North East and Online UK-Wide

I coach in person across the North East, Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Gateshead, Northumberland, and online anywhere in the UK.

Whether we meet in a calm local space or on a video call, the aim is the same. Real, affordable support that helps you live and work with your brain, not against it.

If you’ve been thinking about getting help but assumed it was out of reach, it isn’t. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You just need to start with a chat.
