Merry Christmas from ADHDaptive

23 December 2024

By Andrew Lambert

As we wrap up another year, I want to take a moment to send a heartfelt thank you to all of you - my amazing customers, clients, and supporters. It’s been a challenging year in many ways. I lost my mum to a brain tumour, which was a huge personal loss, and through that, I’ve been dealing with the ups and downs of establishing a new business. The uncertainty and juggling of it all have definitely had their moments.

But through it all, there have been positives, too. I’ve moved house, worked with some incredible new clients and businesses, and taken ADHDaptive to the next level by becoming a limited company. And through it all, your support has meant the world to me.

Christmas is a time for reflection, and as I reflect on everything that’s happened, I’m reminded of the strength that comes from others. Whether it's meeting a friend for coffee and a quick chat, that shared moment of understanding, or working together on big goals, it doesn't matter. I’ve been constantly inspired by the resilience and positivity of everyone I’ve worked with. Every interaction and every word has been a learning experience.

A Few Holiday Thoughts:

Take it easy: It’s okay not to have it all together. The holidays can be overwhelming, so go easy on yourself.
Celebrate the small wins: Even in the most challenging times, there’s always something to be proud of. Look at how far you’ve come this year.
Rest and recharge: You’ve earned it. Take time to do whatever helps you feel relaxed and restored.

Thank you for being part of my journey this year. I truly appreciate each of you, and I’m excited about what lies ahead in 2025. Here’s to the new year, growth, and celebrating what makes us all unique.

Wishing you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May it be filled with peace, joy, and the space to care for yourself.

With love and gratitude,

Andrew
